In 2023, the Mixed Pairs Trophy was rebadged to bear the name of Terry Oakley. Terry was on the RDBBL committee for many years - this included time as both the competitions secretary and Chairman. He also remains the sole Surrey player to win the World Chapionships (then known as the British Isles Open) on the island of Jersey in 1996. Terry and Sue Oakley donated the trophy for the now-defunct one-day Mixed Pairs competition, so it was seemed fitting that the perpetual trophy for this competition was renamed in Terry's honour.
Handicapped based on overall average over last 3 seasons. Neutral table, double leg games decided by highest total score. Ladies always play first in both legs.
